FULL SERVICE FROM THE PROS
For the machines and systems supplied by us, we offer our customers a 24-hour service (domestic), in the event of a written fault report during regular working hours.
The supply of spare parts is excluded from this.
On site abroad, we offer a prompt service.
Should it be necessary to use spare parts for servicing or maintenance purposes, we will take care of procuring or manufacturing the required parts as quickly as possible, unless we have them in stock.
For the dispatch of the parts, there is the possibility of daily delivery by express.
Industrial PCs and desktop PCs can be equipped with remote maintenance. It is possible to access the PC via the Internet. The programmer is thus able to provide “online” support in the event of problems. This is a very convenient way to assist the machine operator and reduce downtime.
The prerequisite for this is an Internet gateway (network connection) set up near the machine.

MAINTENANCE & CALIBRATION
We carry out maintenance and calibration of our servo presses worldwide.
We offer training on our programming and documentation software at your site or at our premises.
We carry out the preliminary tests for you or together with you at our premises.
