The stations consist of four basic models in different sizes, which are graded according to maximum pressing force. The station comprises a solid base frame, a protective enclosure, an FGM or FGM EMC series electric servo press module with force-displacement monitoring on a stand construction, and the controller and operating unit.

The basic model can be removed by the user or supplied as customised turnkey installation and press-in stations. This can include automatic feeding and removal devices through to robotic handling, interlinking and handling devices or workpiece fixtures through to the press-fit tools.
